• Violin 1 is all in first position, with high and low 2nd finger.
• Violin 2 is all in first position with high 2nd finger only.
• Violin 3 (optional) doubles the viola part, is all in first position and has high 2nd finger only.
• Viola is all in first position and has high 2nd finger only.
• Cello is all in first position with no extensions.
• Double Bass is mostly in first position with two instances of easy 3rd position. Double Bass part should be omitted when playing as a string quartet.
• Piano accompaniment (optional) enriches the sound of the group and helps with solidifying rhythms.
